This policy explains what the Bolt store (bolt.sell.app) and the Bolt script hub collect, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. It applies to everyone who buys a key or runs Bolt.
At checkout: your email address, your IP address and country, and the details of your order. Payments are processed by Stripe through SellApp. We never see or store your full card number.
When you redeem a key in Discord: your Discord user ID and the key it is linked to.
When you run the script: the key system records your key and a hardware ID for the PC it is locked to. Bolt also logs each run: your Roblox username, display name and user ID, the game and server you are in, your executor's name and the hardware ID it reports, and, if something breaks, the error or kick message.
AI bot features: where a game uses an AI bot, the script sends in-game state (positions and speeds) and your key to our server to work out each move. We do not keep that game data.
To deliver your key, keep it locked to your PC, stop key sharing and fraud, answer support requests, find and fix broken features, and respond to payment disputes.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the store and the hub: SellApp (storefront and checkout), Stripe (payments and fraud checks), Luarmor (key system), Discord (key panel and support) and Cloudflare (hosting). We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to answer a payment dispute.
Order records are kept for as long as SellApp and Stripe need them for tax, accounting and disputes. Key records and run logs are kept while your key is active and for a reasonable time afterwards for support and abuse prevention.
Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We may keep what we need to prevent fraud or to answer a payment dispute.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make or approve the purchase.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
